This update to EDIUS 11 version 11.11.14359 includes several new features, amongst others:

• Improved performance for timeline editing
• Improved performance by GPU processing of selected effects (Primary Color Correction, Monotone, Median) for export
• Improved performance for still images with alpha channel
• Improved performance for asset deletion (also in Mync)
• State of the Bin window is saved with the project
• Added Shortcut F2: clip rename function in Bin and Library of the Mync window
• Added Shortcut F3: search for clips in the Bin window
• EDIUS 11 Broadcast version only: Added "Print to Tape" feature (requires Grass Valley Storm 3G I/O hardware)

In addition, the update fixes several bugs. For example, the problem with the multiple dialogs requesting username and password is now fixed. We recommend all EDIUS 11 users to install this important update.

In connection to the NAB Show 2024 in Las Vegas, Grass Valley has released its latest update to EDIUS 11. This update to EDIUS 11 version 11. 11.14138 enhances the UI (User Interface) speed significantly, making the workflow on the EDIUS timeline and processes with multiple clips in Mync even faster. In addition, there are updates regarding the support of the latest version of the Sony BURANO Camera, as well as extended MXF and MP4 file support and more. The update also includes some bug fixes.

This update to EDIUS 11 version 11.11.14054 includes several new features, amongst others:

• EDIUS 11 is now much faster due to a data base upgrade
• Optimized Multicam Workflow: A feature to edit the clip property "Reel Name" for multiple selected clips in the Mync window has been added. For example, you can assign the camera name (camera 1, 2, 3 or long shot, left, right...) as the reel name. This enables EDIUS to assign the clips to different camera settings and to synchronize them via multicam audio sync.
• Support displaying CEA-708 closed caption contains double-byte characters
• Improved performance when multiple clips are selected in the Bin window
• General Improved Performance (by optimization of the database access)

Please note that when updating to EDIUS 11.11.14054, you also need to update Vistitle (Express or full version) to version 3.100 if you have not already done so. We strongly recommend using the EDIUS 11 Setup Manager to do both updates at the same time.
